Our Kitchen Gardens - From Field to Table

We grow our food without sprays or chemicals. We don't add anything artificial to our fruit and vegetables. We compost extensively and work on improving the soil constantly. Anything that that isn't eaten ends up in the compost; likewise, plant material and excess or overly ripe produce also ends up in the compost. Crops are rotated annually to minimise disease. We extend the growing season and protect our delicate produce through the use of our polytunnel.
